After wiring him thousands of dollars through Western Union and Moneygram, the drama with the visa was the never ending story.

In the end, it was clear that he was just soaking me and wasn't planning to come.

I filed a scam alert with Western Union and plan to file one with MoneyGram.

If you plan to go to Montego Bay and stay at the Royal Decameron, watch out for him. He usually stays on the public side of the beach at the fence.
