There are many references to novus on this site.

What some may not yet know is that another novus company was incorporated the same week as a court order for restraint was made against the former company.

Note this is a live company, normally companies with similar names are incorporated - and this one has a virtual office in Stockport - in order to suggest to creditors that outstanding money payable to e.g. Novus could be collected after e.g. a winding up order was made.
the banks are not very switched on to this type of potential "fraud".
Damn strange that this company was incorporated in stockport - with the same directors - the same week as novus court order was made. Presumably they transfered all the cash from novus to this account to avoid it being collected by the court order.


Guys and gals - Peter Middleton is director of a lot of these companies, whilst claiming innocence? Give me a break.


by the way Dereham has a flat in Canary Wharf; fedwells registered to North London address; Middleton and other Dereham stuff pops up in Sussex (you can google the house, has a swimming pool - but he seems to have left there some time ago) and Lincolnshire.

He pops up in ascot as this is where his children live.

There are three characters involved while Chris Durham seems to be the main protagonist there is Middleton and Gary Griffiths who have caught many people. Gary Griffiths was an architect who used to work for Coast and Bayview developments before becoming a partner of Novus and Middleton was with Connell estate agents. They profess to be innocent parties however they were fully aware of all the dealings and sanction the money to Durham out of Novus intelligent reconstruction. Employees of Novus were kept sweet by Durham with backhand payments like the surveyor Paul Bailey had holidays and money is paid directly by Durham.. Allegedly Durham used the fact that he had a major trust fund in Cyprus and was in charge of a massive insurance fund to gain money, reading through these threads I would love to know more I fear that all the money is long gone which has cost me dearly be well aware of the three

You sound like Dereham, is that you Chris trying to cover your tracks. The fact that you pretend to put people off your trail by trying to convict Middleton and Griffiths. They had nothing to do with the scam and are victims. They are just another example of people who trusted you and paid the price. Scamhater you lie, you were not deceived , if you were we would know who you are because we are dealing with the authorities on a daily basis.You are just a bitter employee who has no reason to bitch other than the fact you were taken for a months wages, by Dereham. grow up!!! What right have you got to claim you were scammed!!
I can assure you whoever you are, watching you, that I am somebody who has been taken for awful lot of money from all three Griffiths, Middleton and Dereham . But Middleton and Griffiths were fully aware of all the devious moves that they pulled during their time with Novus and all the other companies that they were involved with. I would welcome a meeting with you and then I can tell you clearly and show you all the confirmation of underhand dealings of all three of these people, I agree that get Dereham was the main protagonist however if you believe that Middleton and Griffiths are whiter than white you are sadly wrong, they were the directors of the company and had full knowledge of illicit transactions from Novus to other companies and that my friend is a fact
