We purchased 2 separate orders of 6 cartons each of American Cigarettes made in Europe. Our order was placed on September 2nd 2011 and our credit card billed Sept.3rd. According to their website, orders should be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. For some obscure reason, they did not ship it until Sept. 17th., telling us we should receive it in 2 to 4 weeks.By October 17th when we had yet received our purchase, we contacted them and were told that Ukrainian customs had seized our shipments and they would reship or refund our money. This is not what Ukrainian officials do, as tons of duty free cigarettes and tobacco items are shipped out of this country. In addition, they package only 3 cartons per package, and we should have gotten some if any had been confiscated by 'customs', as they claim they ship each package a day apart, making our order 4 different shipments on 4 different days. And if this truly had happned, it had to have been done within days of their supposed shipment on September 17th, but never heard from them until we contacted them one full month later, with this bogus excuse. We will contact our bank today, but whether we are reimbursed remains to be seen. At the very least they are a most unprofessional business, and at worst, a total scam ripping people off. In addition, the registered mail they claim they send this product under, and the USPS tracking number given to us by them does not exist in the postal service here either. Live and learn. Do not buy one thing from these people.
