Loan Modification/Stop Forclosure

These scammers prey on people that are looking for help to stop forclosure on the internect. They are very good.... have you talking to a different person everytime.. When you talk to them... they tell you they will call the bank and see if they could help you. They say " we do not take any case we cant get positive results... They call you back within 45 mins and say.. WE talked to your lender and your mortgage amount could be lowered to .... way lower than what you told them... CALL the lender.. they never called... They try to get get your money and tell you to not call the lender they are taking care of everything..yeah.. there is a white guy, black guy, and white woman.. Chris, Keven, and ?? probally gives different names ... to other people... these people are "Abramson and Associates P. A." not real lawyers.... Crooks... do your research..

My experience with Independence Law Group was entirely different. They helped me get caught up and got me a lower payment. I dealt mainly with Kevin, and he was very nice, although I did talk to Chris as well a few times. I don't know why this person is complaining about two law firms at once? It sounds like a competitor who wants to try to tarnish other law firms names? Independence Law Group definitely helped me out though.
I also used them. I did not trust them at first but i was all out of options. I submitted a modification to my bank and they strung me on for 11 months. When i got a sale date i called Independence and worked with Andrew. He always answered my calls and did exactly what they said they would. So i am no current on my mortgage and my monthly payment is very affordable. They really saved me. I sent Andrew a Christmas card because i was so grateful for what they did.
