Mark Baez in Orange CA has a so called business Trustee Delay Processing and The Last Option!!! He offers people, realtors and loan officers to stop the sale of there home onn there clients . What he does is he forges a signature of a non existing person and adds the to Title then proceeds with a fake BK. A BK stops the sale of your home up to when its discharged. Watch out Brokers ect if he tells you that a short sale is still possible. Its not because now the non existing person added to title would have to appear to BK court and authorize to release the BK so the lender can proceed with shortsale.
He has scammed me on over $3800. Dont give this A++whole any money, I will be filling paper work with the Orange County Court system against him. If anyone else has this problem I would like to speak with you. email me at amaracing484@gmail.com.
