BURLINGTON COUNTY TIMES/CROSSFIRE NEWSPAPER GROUP
BURLINGTON COUNTY TIMES HARASSING PEOPLE FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS
BURLINGTON/LAS VEGAS, New Jersey, 89121
THE BURLIMNGTON COUNTY TIMES IS MAKING ANNOYING AND HARASSING PHONE CALLS TO LOCALS TO SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR NEWSPAPER. THEY ARE VIOLATING THE FEDERAL DON NOT CALL LAWS. SOMEONE HAS TO STOP THEM!!
The Burlington County Times Newspaper contracts a boiler room operation in Las Vegas called Crossfire Newspaper Group/Jones Boys to make repeated harassing phone calls to the residents of Burlington and the surrounding areas to subscribe to their newspaper.
This Las Vegas operation is repeatedly calling people registered on the FEDRAL DO NOT CALL LIST AND IGNORING THE REQUESTS OF THOUSANDS OF OTHERS THAT HAVE SAID "NO" AND DO NOT WANT TO BE CALLED AGAIN.
AREN'T THERE ENOUGH PEOPLE OUT OF WORK AND LOOKING FOR A JOB LOCALLY? WHY DOES THE BURLINGTON COUNTY NEWSPAPER HAVE TO HAVE A
MISLEADING, RUDE BOILER ROOM OPERATION IN OPERATION IN LAS VEGAS?
Who is liable for this harassment? Burlington County Times? Crossfire Newspaper Group/Jones Boys? If I were the Burlington County Times Newspaper I would be very very concerned about an impendeing CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT being filed by the thousands that are being harassed by their contracted company Crossfire Newspaper Group/Jones Boys in Las Vegas.
Go online to the FFC's website and eile a complaint and then find a smart attorney that knows how to handle this type of case. With all the complaints of current residents it will be a slam dunk for punitive damages. In other words "CHA-CHING!!!!"
