what does anyone know about Chris Derham and Scalinis? We were told that he was a shareholder / owned Scalinis italian restaurant in London. Certainly seems able to pull strings to get tables there. Doesnt appear on shareholders register. Anyone know what the relartionship is?

Also appears to 'own' ampther restaurant near Ascot called 'The Cottage' where he eats all the time. Anyone got any ideas on that? Is this run by his daughter?
