Debbie was paid to stay overnight. I was gone for one week. Was in contact by phone at all times. I spoke to her several times while gone. I returned Friday night at 6:00 p.m. I have wood floors. There was dog feces all over of my home, including: my two dogs, their beds, three cat beds, two bathroom rugs, curtains, furniture, walls, absolutely everywhere.

On top of that, Debbie left a two-page letter claiming the mess was from one of the dogs, that he must have eaten something or was bitten by a bee; and that my floors might have to be reconditioned as she cleaned it the best she could with bleach. There is no way she slept there with that mess and smell and it was obvious it had been there for sometime. My family and I cleaned for three hours that night just to make it tolerable enough to stay the night.

After cleaning up all the feces with swifters and rags. I went to use my Hoover Floormate. The Floormate has a limited cleaning capacity. It is not for heavy-duty cleaning, just normal everyday traffic. When I went to get it out , watery dog feces came pouring out.

After screaming bloody murder at Debbie, I don't know how many times, as this dispute went on for about 6 weeks, I received from her the following: she took pictures of my pets and home without my permission for her website; took no responsibility for the mess, blamed everything on the dog. "Well, yes, the dog did take a shit. Cleaning it up is one of the services you claim to provide. That is what I am paying you for. I don't think you took a shit in my house and smeared it everywhere."; Admitted using my Floormate, but because she didn't know how it works, she broke it. It is not used for that type of mess. You would have poop stuck throughout the machine forever. Having it serviced is just as much as buying a new one at $150.00; Telling me her husband is a plumber and he told her how to use it; Obviously, this is how the poop was smeared all over the house and sprayed everywhere else and she was too stupid to figure it out.

Put me off for six weeks claiming she put in an insurance claim. This was just another bullshit tactic, as she has a $500.00 deductible with her insurance company. My replacement receipts only came to $211.00. Unfortunately, you can't claim your time. It took us all weekend to clean up and put everything back the way it was.

She kept my house key for the six weeks of dispute; she refused to pay for all the damages. She did write a letter and her and her husband (whom was arguing with me that the damages were done by my dog and that I needed to sign this letter, and that his wife did nothing wrong) came to my home, told me (not asked, told me) to sign this letter and in return she would give me a check for $139.00. Basically her letter stated that everyone in my family would keep their mouth shut and never mention that she was ever here, nor did I know her, that I would never take legal action against her, pursue her in any way in any manner, and that I would give her any and all paperwork that was between us, including the letter she left about the feces everywhere and admittance to ruining my floors.

I took my key, gave her the letter back and said, "Absolutely not. I'm not signing this." She looked at me and waved the cashier's check in front of my face and said, "But it's $139.00." I was so mad I could hardly contain myself. I looked at her and said, "Lady, does it look like I need your fucking $139.00? Go fuck yourself."

Well, this happened back in July. It's November, and I still want to kill the Bitch. Sorry if I am ranting, but I am still so fucking angry. Whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN. She calls herself "Auntie Sassy." Yeah, the aunt that fucks you over. She also says she has a license. She has a Certificate of Membership from the Pet Sitters Assoc. She is not licensed by Las Vegas or Clark County. Her insurance and Bond are worthless as well.
