Joy Pastorelo

I began an internet romance with Joy Pastorelo about one year ago. We exchanged several e mails, phone calls during this time.

I thought everything was legit because we were talking on the phone, she sent me copies of a passport, and other travel documents so I felt comforable with her. Well, after sending a substantial amount of money, there were no more phone calls or messages from her.

I made a complaint with the FBI internet division and also the local police dept in the Philippines. I feel like a total fool for getting scammed, but I went against my better judgment and sent money to a stranger. Please don't send money to anyone you don't know under any circumstances!

Trust your instincts and gut feelings. If a "romance" seems too good to be true then it is. These scammers have gotten more crafty, and the scams are elaborate.
