Carlos Cano, Robyn L. Colon, Jose L. Colon, Maria L. Lozada

Carlos Cano, Robyn L. Colon, Jose L. Colon, and Maria L. Lozada defrauded three banking institutions and other lenders of more than $6 million in false loans. The buyers would prepare fraudulent loan applications, and Maria Lozada would use her company, Southeast Florida Marketing, to receive mortgage proceeds and cash rent payments. The Buyers would stop making mortgage and the properties would go into foreclosure, thus scamming the lenders.
