I heard the broker speaking on a local radio station Daniel Alpizar, he promised to get first time buyers help from an investor to purchase cash properties for a deposit of $495.00 that would be returned at closing. Not true, no investor available and the deposit is gone because I got tired of waiting for a non exsistant investor to place offers. Bad deal do not get involved!
