Obtaining kittens without paying

The owner of this Cattery comes across as a very pleasant person who wouldnt hurt anyone but do not believe it at all. She befriends you when she asks about buying kittens and all goes well until she gets the kittens and then she either doesn't pay you the full amount or doesn't pay you at all. Her latest ploy is to do an exchange with a 'friend' at the time for a male kitten for stud purposes. She then took the kitten and apart from the deposit no monies were ever paid. She then informed the world on her website she had had him neutered as according to a Judge at a show he was only pet standard. No Judge could or would tell you this. She has re-homed him or so she says but still wants the registration document which was withheld by a solicitor until money was paid for the kitten. She also lies cheats and deceives numerous people. PLEASE BE AWARE OR HER AND HER ANTICS.

This horrible notification could only have been put here by one of two Mainecoon breeders , Goldkrystals mainecoon location suffolk and or Tipzntails mainecoons location Cannington Somerset both in the UK.

One who has already served with an harassment warning the other will be soon.

The information above is fiction and libel as its not true this website has been copied and the police and cat registration bodies all have a copy, which includes all previous communications with solicitors and cat registration bodies.

I will not go in to the who said what scenario, as both of the above LIKE this kind of communication they are both experts in this field and take great delight in upsetting others.

You have 24 hours to take it down.

I will be now seeking damages for harassment and libel in the county court, I am sick of reading the lies about me and you have both be warned many times, copies proven and sent to both solicitors and police.

I will see one of you in court, to seek the maximum damages for the county court. I will no longer tolerate this kind of childishness, immature behaviour.

Anyone with any concerns and about me or my cattery, please contact me and I will point you in the right direction to see proof.

IF YOU HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE why are you responding to this posting. It is not lies none of it it is all the truth. All the emails that have been sent are printed off waiting for a decision to be made which now has been. I suggest you tell the truth for once in your life you had a kitten from one of the breeders and had no intention of swapping as was agreed. You also had a kitten from the other breeder and proof is here that because of an operation to cure a pollup you had no intentions of paying her for a kitten you have bred from. Normally your English is so appalling it makes no sense so I suggest you ask you good friend to help you out in court. One of these breeders was told not to contact you which they have not done and will not do. You too were warned by Leicestershire Police for wasting their time. You seem to unable to tell the truth either.
First and foremost, it clearly states on this website that you should respond to a scam. especially if you are not guilty, which I am not.

As stated previously because of legal matters I will not and cannot answer the comments made here.

This will be a matter for the courts to decided.


There are only 2 people involved in this as I have only purchased cats from these two breeders, both breeders are joined at the hip and are well known to work together in many ways to do this kind of thing on the THE WORLD WIDE WEB.

My witnesses in my case will of course speak for themselves.

Leicestershire police have now been forward a copy of this statement as above, because once again libel is involved, as once again the above statement is untrue.

ONCE this goes to court this scam site will be subpoenas for the IP addresses of the person as above Anonymous and Happy Harry.

There are always consequences to ones actions and it will not be long before the authors as above will receive theirs.


A copy once again of my comments and the comments of HAPPY HARRY have been sent directly from this site to the police and the Solicitors involved who will also be subpoenas to court to prove the matters as above. They will be under oath and as solicitors they can not lie.

I have requested both by email and now via this site for you to remove these lies off the web,

I have given you a set time limit 24 hours after this time, I will be taking this further.

I suggest you read up on the definition of harassment and libel as both have to be proved in court, I can with all my correspondence to all parties. including receipts etc etc sent to solicitors.

It matter not who writes it, harassment takes many forms and all can be interlinked, and one would have to wonder why a third party would write for either of the breeders named above.

I will say nothing further as my warning is clear YOU have 24 hours.

I will of course like I have disclosed to the police every bit of evidence you have posted before about me, and about others, you are a very vindictive woman who actually take great pleasure in cause as much stress and pain to others as you can.

As stated on the other 2 scams you have posted, SAY it to the wind because even the police do not believe you.

I have only had the misfortune to know 2 Breeders, both breeders you and your BEST friend Suzanne Zech of Tipzntailz mainecoons, are the only women I have had cats off, I am a new breeder, I know not of the breeding world, but I do now.
So you state that you no one you know would do this, what lies, lets just show you a little bit of the evidence shall we.

THESE emails are from your best friend ZECH sent to me, with BLACMAIL, the same as you did with your BLACKMAIL email that is now with the GCCF.

WHO EVER reads these scams the police have given me and Debbie permission to reply, as we didnt actually put the scam up, but each and every new scam that goes up will be copied and added to future cases, I have only been involved with both these women for 1 and a half years, and less that a year respectively Debbie sadly for 3 years.

Because of this vile mess, Debbie and I have become allies, and so we will fight them together.if need be..

After a great deal of thought I have decided that I will give you the transfer slip for the kitten. In return for this I expect you to sign a slip which I will send you stating that you will contact the GCCF and withdraw whatever you have told them. I have already this morning contacted Mrs Butler telling her my intentions. There will be no further contact between you and I, no comebacks either by yourself or any other party and this is the end of the matter. I am only doing this because I have had more than enough of all of the constant emails and the fact this is making me unwell.I have enough to do helping my poorly mum and this is just draining my whole Family. What a bitch she is ,yes her house stunk when I went and the kittens up the stairss didn't look very well either ,she never offerd to bring them down .thank goodness.The RSPCA need to be told she has cats in the places they are kept as I never saw any cat houses !! only the cat she had off me up stairs with kittens and the one Louise had for Mick ,it was ok till they got it home then it was so ill well that could have been the herpies or Calcavirus it was very ill.
She is greedy and needs to be stopped ,could you let the GCCF know that she has made up pedigrees ? I supose you have to have proof and how do you get that .?I told herr once that the kittens she had on her website looked awfull and not well or just had a bath and were wet though .she said she had just bathed them ,then why didnt she dry them .
My poor baby ,oh bless her ,the cow how could she .I know it sound bad but I feel I would like to harm her ,dont know how but she causes so much pain and hurt to those babies She needs a taste of it given to her ,I who was trained to heal not harm ,I know I shouldnt have feelings like that but I so dislike her .yes she is vile and greedy and oh so CRUEL,I dont know anything of how or where she keeps her cats so couldnt report her but I wish I could .I have no proof ,but I know you are telling me the truth .

The vet called me yesterday afternoon with very bad new's and that was to get Holly out as quick as I can ,she has FCV/FHV, he said as my others have had all the vaccines and tests for these things and we are clear you Dont need that kitten in your home, I am taking his advise and will get the police to assist me to the house and if they Dont then the kitten will be left at the police station with her vets details, My vet is calling her vet today to give the the report and also fax it over and tell them she needs to be spayed and her other cats check,
Holly has been in Quarantine since she came here as I knew there was something wrong there somewhere , she kept saying her nose and eye was runny cos of a scratch but the tests revealed it was more than that along with the other swab, I will send you the paper work from my vet to prove what she has so you can use it how you like, she will get shut down if it kills me,x

We have realised that Ali, Mareens cat, carries a virus but Phoebe was so poorly she could have given to Ali. Will get Ali tested later on as she is now much better. FCV and FHV is what they are vaccinated against it is not contagious it means she carries it. Look at your own cattery before you start criticising mine the boys runs are too small they have nowhere to run around. The places you keep the girls is a pigsty stuff all over the place. Our beautiful Kittens have today had their first Vaccinations, All the babies were very good and didn't make a murmur
I thought they would calm down but NO all running around like little hooligans bless them.

Albus loves them and it has helped him get over the loss of Venus
Billy is so stocky and big now and Cobi is long and lanky and a little devil getting into everything. He steals things and deposits them around the house
He has also been up the Xmas tree but amazingly not knocked off the baubles. Billie idolises Albus which is funny as he is his biological big brother.
