Scammer sends email confirming that the applicants resume' was received and in line with other applicants for an interview. All they need is for the applicant to go to "Freecreditscore.com"...to get a membership ID so that [they] can verify it's the actual applicant sending the resume'...to avoid any liabiliteis, etc.....

and BTW..I have never heard of a company making the applicant do their own back ground check....
If I had sent the membership number the scammer would have had all of my personal information as well as credit card and all of my credit history....

I went to the link that was sent to me with the email listed and was sent to another marketing website which was stolen. One tip was there was no info about the company which confirmed what I already knew...the website was stolen. I called the real number for that company and my suspisions were validated..I was informed the domain had been blocked and it's owners in Los Angeles with no company name. Beware job seekers!!!
