Baytree Credit Investors

Had my pay four monthes of loan upfront stating they would deposit it into my account in four hours. After four hours I didn't receive the funds and they told me I had to pay half the insurance because the person that was going to insure the loan backed out. After I paid the insuranance I was promised that I would have the funds in 2 hours. Two hours later I still didn't receive the funds. Then I was told your lender is in the Carribean and I have to pay an allocation fee to convert the the us dollar. I was stupid and also paid this fee wich I was promised would be refunded for me with the loan. I was told that I would recievw the loan at midnight of the day that I sent the money. Well it has been six days and what a surprise, I still haven't received my funds. I had my attorney contact them and the told him that the computers had gone down and they sent me a check, and they had akready informed me of that, wich was a total lie. Now the phone number that they wete using is disconnected, and I have no way to contact them. I gave my lawyer the ok to do whatever it takes to track down these people and get my money back. Here is what they got from me. 990.00 for monetary collateral. 796.00 for insurance. And 680.00 for allocation fees, not only thst, they have all my bank info and my identity info.
