Employee and Customer Rip Offs

Lou Martelli is a hustling scumbag. He has very little knowledge or skills that I have observed. I ran a job site for him for 6 days...He didn't pay me for the time I worked. He promised the workers several times that they would receive money. He partially paid some workers in cash. He never got proper paperwork filled out prior to having people work on site. He did not practice safe construction practices on the job site and did not keep it supplied with ample materials or equipment to perform the necessary work in a safe manner. He also did not allow us to perform the work to required building codes.

Upon discussions with the homeowner, it seems that she was missing tools and materials from the job after completion. I also personally heard Lou lie to the homeowner about how the work should be done and why he could not re-install the homeowner's existing lightning protection. Then when he left...the copper was missing from her home.

Do not trust, hire, or believe anything this scammer tells you...he has other posting on this site...

Once again Scott This whole thing comes down to you could not preform the work that you claimed you could do. Thats why I never hired you. You sit here and say bad things about me, and thats fine Iv'e been doing this trade for 18 years. In all that time I have a complaint over a job that was posted twice and the couple you have posted. My work speaks for it self Any one who is reading this stuff all I ask is you read both sides of the story. Amd please keep in mind that anybody can type whatever they want. As far as this complaint it's kinda funny haw this was put up after I explained to him that he was not going to work out with this company. I then called a couple of his past employers and found out this man has never really left a job on good terms.( most likley because he dosen't listen to anyone this man thinks he knows everything )

You have shown that you are also a Liar...You never asked for any references or past employers to check my background...You just needed someone who could run the job and install the roofing for your customer correctly...You have absolutely no knowledge in the Roofing trade and what little "carpentry skills" that you did perform on the jobsite were pathetic...You couldn't even cut a straight line on a peice of finish plywood trim on the rear of the house...Thank God for Caulking...eh Lou...You still have never paid me the $1,790 dollars that you owe me for completing the Roof... The homeowner has thanked me personally for making sure that the roof was completed as well as you would allow me to ....and FYI, I am presently working for a large Commercial Roofing Company as the Superintendent in charge of all metal roofing projects...with a truck, salary and benefits...and this company did require a resume and references and checked over 6 past employers...

Good luck you scumbag...I hope I run into you sometime when i am near Boston...
