Bill me later

I purchased 4 airline tickets back on March 2011, then TravelToGo.com sent me an email saying that something happened with the tickets. So I canceled the reservation. Travel To Go charged to my credit card 3,985.00 for the tickets. They told me that they will refund my money to my credit card between 2 and 3 billing cycles. It has been 8 months and when I called to the billing department, they leave me on the phone waiting for hours and never answer the phone. If somebody read this complaint and can help me, I will really appreciate.
