I clicked on Binary Option trading to see what it was about and spoke to a manager of one of the brokers, Tradersroom.com who talked me into investing $250 , promising he would give me advice on trading that would result in my earning a substantial income. When his advice resulted in my losing most of my investment, he blamed it on the fact that I should have invested another $1.000. This made me suspicious and I complained ane he offered a bonus so that I could continue trading. I then got on the Internet, and got information on that company, Tradersroom.com which revealed other complaints, including one from a person who was scammed and warned not to do business with this firm under any circumstances. I immediately got in touch with customer support and demanded a refund but they refused. Frequent emails from me remain unanswered, and I do not who to turn to for help. They refuse to give me a company address, so I do not know where they are located.
