They send you a check in the mail saying that it is a partial payment of your prize and you must call a phone number to verify that you got the check in order for the funds to be released to cover that check at that time you are told to call back again when the check has cleared your bank. At the time you call back a second time you are told to buy a "moneypak" card in order to pay the taxes on your prize and to call the number again after you have done that. At that time you are asked for the reciept number so they can verify that you have enough to cover the taxes for the prize amount. And after that you will NOT hear from them again and somehow they retract the money from your bank....
