I contracted LMB Cleaning to come clean my house. My husband and I are an older couple and it's hard these days to get up and down to clean floors, bathrooms, etc. This is the very first time I have had to hire anyone. We called them up and the lady we spole to Lisa, the owner was very nice on the phone, promised me that I had made the right coice in calling them. She stated they were a reputable company, and even threw in the Better Business Bureau talk to state they were just that. I made an appointment with her for cleaning. The very day she was supposed to come over she called and stated they couldnt make it that day, something had come up. Okay, understandable right..things happen. We rescheduled, that day they were late coming, it was Lisa and her husband that arrived with a cleaning truck. They came into the house and my husband and I wanted to give them space so we left to go get some lunch and go to the store. When we arrived back to the house they were still there and actually were outside having a ciggarette. When we went into our house the first thing I noticed was the film all over our glass tables and tv. While entering our kitchen I noticed the same film all over our appliances and countertop. I told her it looked like it wasnt cleaned very well, and whatever products they were using weren't wiping off well. She seemed to get irritated with me even though I was very pleasant with her. Her husband really seemed to have an attitude and it made me very uncomfortable. They finished up very quickly and after they left my husband I both felt like we had made them angry but not sure why they were. After all they are supposed to be the experts, why wouldnt they have noticed it themselves. After careful examination of the house I was upset. The bill for this all was $300.00 they stated it was more because they had to spend alot of time in the house .since it was the first time at our house. We are two people who have always kept a clean and tidy home.We dont dirty much and I am retired so all I do is maintain our little abode. I just wanted to get some help for the stuff that needed me to bend over and get on my knees more. I was completely taken advantage of and the worst part was to be noticed a week later. My grandson got engaged and we had a party we were going to for him and his new wife to be. While getting ready I went into my jewerly box which is located next to my dresser ( its a stand up jewerly case) and my things looked different, Not too much but any woman knows how her things are laid out in her case. I started to worry knowing they were the only people in our home lately and I was uncomfortable when they left. Something wasnt right. I started to go through my things and I have a diamond and ruby antique ring that has been in my family for decades that was GONE! I also have a bracelet that wasnt as expensive or antique but it was still a very beautiful sapphire diamond tennis bracelet that was also GONE! You can imagine how distraught I was. I cant tell you how stupid I was to allow them into my home, and now I am out of money but more important my precious family heirlooms. I contacted Lisa to ask her about it and they were so rude, called me names, and hung up on me. I called the police and all they can do is file a report. I am writing this to hopefully stop them from ripping anyone else off and get away with it. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This is to all my coustmers: This is a fabricated lie by a disgrutied employee . this employee was rightfully fired due to poor workman ship and no shows with no call, We have had no reported issues of theft on any of our team cleaners or my officers - We pride our selves in honest and reliable services as many of our coustmers know we dont offer a Molly maid services most of our proertys are vacanct because they are new construction or offices full of cameras un like this story- we also carry 2 million in coverage for workcomp, General liablity, and bonded for theft in case there are ever any reports such as this one we have never had to use these policies . Also all coustomers are made aware of these coverages prior to us being contracted any work .. Now i think if someone had been stollen from they would have made a simple claim againts these policies to be reimbursed for there loss dont you??
LMB has been in business for over 13 years with no reports of theft or injuries we backround check all employees that may encounter valuables, all of our current 14 employees and officers meet the requirments for a safe work place. This employee CRISSY PINWELL and her low life boyfriend THOMAS SCHURELL were already warned once by the Cape Coral Police Dept about there harassing phone calls and stalking but I guess they didnt get the message , we will also appear in person in Columbus Ohio and press offiicial charges aginst both parties involved for harasment and stalking they have currenly moved back to ohio and now think its safe to continue the Harasing treats and Calls But there Saldy Mistaken.. We also have our small business attourney Richard Lakeman Pa handleing this case to clear our good name of this Slander! Feel free to contact the BBB and check if there has been any complaints filled againt my firm. Also see the Irs statement that prove our companys generates over 350k in sales each year and I my self personaly have no reason to steal

This is a message to TOM AND CRISSY - you will wish you never meet me because unlike you I have the finanical resources and contacts to take this to the fullest legal extent possible , I will devote as much time as needed to sue you for Slander and trust unlike your words my are real & truthfull- now I want you to think long and hard of all things your doing worng in your life that are about to come out on the table and when I say It mean IT!Every agency will be contacted and some already have Iam makeing Great Professional progress to turn the tables a little bit! So go into hideing now but I We will Find you and Prosicute the both of you! Have a nice Day
I find it rather funny that you want to claim I wrote this complaint when their are ways to find out who did and belive me I will find a way to show my proof... But that will take time and will come later.., the actual police report, that anyone is able to get. I will not stoop to your level and call you guys names. I only state the facts and your anger only proves this... As for the false statment of your case against us I contacted your "Attorney" And provided him with all my information including where I live. He has never heard of LISA BOLDGER-GREEN, ADAM GREEN, OR LMB CONSTRUCTION CLEANING.. I have unlike you no reason to lie you on the other hand have a business name to protect. Is it really worth all this for just a little over $200.00 Because wether or not I did a crap job by law you have to pay your employees so next I should contact labor and wage... I will be getting my pay. Just because you have money does not make you better than me whatever you think Adam Green... I would have money too if I didn't pay my rent..... So Please Lisa go ahead and sue me I would love for it to come to light who actually wrote this post So I have provided the number of your "Attorney" so that you may contact him (239)458-8190... Hopefully he at least remembers you this time...
