Bel Air Resort & Spa

I have tried for 2 weeks to get ahold of the correct person to bank my week and no one answers. I finally got ahold of someone and was told that the date to bank a week expired on 11/30/11. So I have already paid for the week and because I was not able to reach anyone I've lost it and they won't do anything about it.
