I will not be able to fit into this space the wrongs that these slumlords do to people: They lie over and over and force tenants to live in dangerous conditions charging luxury rents. They perjurize tenants, take advantage of disabled, minorities, vets, older folks and fudge everything from electrical wiring to lying about who the building manager is. They force slavery on paying tenants by putting signs up front claiming a paying tenant is the manager (yet they hire no official managers) so they can earn more money. They have fire hazards, refuse to put lighting in their buildings, have potholes cracks, broken everything, bugs, roaches, termites and they do not take care of the problems. They have dangerous flooding in their buildings, led without warning renters, pedophiles who they give the keys to the apartments to with children in them, then will evict you if you call them to complain. They will go to court and lie in front of a judge and are so ruthless and cruel we believe they have caused the sickness and death of a number of tenants. They hire people to terrorize you such as the personal friend they hired to break into one's apartment. There were so many bugs and rodents inside one rental we saw, that the mother had to get rid of all furniture because they infested her furniture and her kids became ill. They are very wealthy, live on the top of Topanga Canyon in a multi million dollar estate, drive numerous cars, own a wine company, and run buildings into the ground, where if they get enough violations reports they just sell off to another slumlord friend of theirs who takes rents, overcharges, tries to sue tenants, and then resells. These dirt filled old buildings are on their sales lists for over 5 million dollars a piece. To top it off they ask other wealthy people to invest in their real estate and then they fraud them, order tenants to write checks into their personal accounts instead of their business accounts, don't manage the buildings, lie to the investors and there are many court cases against them. They use different LLCs as well. In 1 building alone they had over 200 code violations and forced the renters to live in unbearable conditions while they collected high priced rents. They won't bother to spend money to fix anything and just move onto the next building where they could avoid responsibilities yet again. They have no respect for the law or anyone and are only out to ruthlessly get your money. They are Jewish and also try to rip off other Jewish wealthy folks. They are the worst type of Jews though because there are good Jews of course.
