Had ordered new doors, this company came and measured, when they came to install and finished the job, they told me that they warranty the job done for three years. Its been six months everything fine except one door gets stuck and cannot open. We called company (many rejected and unanswered calls) they came back and fixed it. Six months later the same door does not open, they would of course not answer my phone calls, finally I said I need three new doors they came and fixed it again, six months later the same thing happened, they told me that I have to pay $170. dollars to get a new part. I said how could that be? I am under warranty? they know they came to fix it within six months...
The second issue was that our main door (metal fire requirements) they told me that they measured and ordered CUSTOM to my specification,,,when they installed the front door it was not CUSTOMIZED!!!!!! they put moldings around their door measurements which resulted in a smaller entry way, meaning now if I want to bring any furniture into my house, it would be questionable because they have decreased the opening by putting moldings around instead of getting CUSTOM door!!!! like they said they would. Third problem, I wanted to get a runner when wet feet enter the apt. I asked them if its possible to shave the door down a bit and of course I would pay. Vladimer came lifted the heavy door which fell on the floor and dented it (wood) I did not say anything as I was worried about him. What upset me most is the bottom of the door got damaged a piece came off, he told me to save it and he would glue it back on, and of course he never came back nothing. Still cannot open door which is a laundry door (use it everyday) and they have the audacity to want to charge me!!!!
