Steve Morse and CMP Commercial will steal whatever you allow them . They did a bait and switch on my client and myself. Steve Morse change the fees and conditions after the client sent in his commitment fees. he has never payed us on the deal after it closed and he got paid. He has a file of lies to tell anyone . He took us for about $20K in commission. He blocked my calls and will not return emails. He is a crook.
