Peter Tressa and Jose Perez - Argus Lending Salinas Branch

Peter Tressa and Jose Perez are I think reps of Argus Lending in Salinas, CA. As of Dec. 7th, Peter went into hiding and Jose Perez just ignores any communication. So, all I know is that at least one agent has not been paid and it maybe more.

Be very careful in dealing with these people. Let's see if more people come forward and re-post this link.

Flipped customers and unpaid commissions...a great way of dealing with agents..

You've been warned, don't deal with these people..

I waited until today to begin my blog. I really don't know what I plan to accomplish with it other than a few selfish reasons. Namely it's a good way to deal with the anger I feel towards these people but another less selfish reason, is quite simply NO ONE should EVER do ANY business with these people. If your reading this, you have been warned.

I'm going to use this a journal. So, I should have something posted most everyday. My goal is quite simple. Ever time someone googles either Peter Tressa or Jose Perez from Salinas, CA, owners of D&M Capital Inc., I hope they take the time to read this journal and be able to make some rational decisions if Peter and Jose are the type of people you want to work with, either as a customer or as a client.

I'll address both issues at the right time but for now let's just take the loan officers perspective. As every l/o knows and understands today, the loan business is broken. Lower home prices mean lower loan balances, in turn means lower compensation.

Dealing with reputable "banks": as Peter and Jose like to call themselves (ok..I know the joke is on me, bs net branch is closer to the truth), who Facebooks his friends commenting about Tebow this and Tebow that all day long, is a tough decision. This means that you have to find honorable people.

Oh, I forgot by the way, my name is Rudy Cardona from Petaluma, CA, just so that everyone knows who is writing this....I guess I have to go right now, so I'll write more tomorrow..but heres a copy of the contract so that everyone knows where I'm coming from:

Sorry, I tried downloading the contract yesterday but it didn't let me copy it (PDF) So, Peter emails me right after posting this piece yesterday...wanting to 'talk' again..lol. I'm over the talk..so, I write him back, "Peter, I don't want to talk but if you care to start making payments, then let's talk." His reply...nothing..nothing but de-friending me on facebook..what a joke..seriously, that' hurts..It's actually okay though since I won't have to read dumb ass posts about the Denver broncos or Tebow anymore...

But I guess that REALLY means I can kiss away any chance I had of collecting my commission, huh? I don't know what it is about Salinas, but my experience with that part of the state has been nothing short of negative...Lets' see, one chick I dated put a curse on me, my old boss copied my business plan, then had the nerve to F- my wife's best friend and TELL her what he did and still use the phrase, "don't tell Rudy.". Seriously?

Next, come these two clowns. One Peter, is absolutely one of the best liars I have ever come across. In my lifetime I have only known a few better ones, one is in prison awaiting sentencing, and the other owns another net branch as a mortgage officer..kind of scary, huh?

So, going on my list of ragging on Salinas..Last and foremost, Jose Perez...loan officer, ex-loan officer of Universal mortgage..Jose, first calls and threatens that he will sue me for slander..then, in the same conversation, says that he didn't get paid, so why should I? then, laughs and says, there are a lot of Jose Perez's (I guess that means that in that brief moment he thought about it, he seems to think he can hide from ALL the Jose Perez's..then, 2 seconds later, tells me that I should drive to salinas, so that he can "kick my ass."

Seriously, what an idiot..but I guess that makes me an idiot as well..cause I did business with these people..Salinas, introducing pen and paper to you guys was really a bad idea..

I want to apologize to the parties I've written about...I'm going to remove these posts...since I've unfairly judged the parties involved. There is some mis-communication and I retract my posts on this site.

I'm going to make every effort to remove these posts...rudy cardona
