I was also contacted by Kester Ed through the email kesteredworld@gmail.com and kesteredworld111@gmail.com. As mentioned in the other posts on this site, his scam is to pick large items on Craigslis and then convince you to sell them through PayPal. He does not seem to mess with PayPal, probably because he can't figure out how to and he never tried to get your item without paying. But his goal is always the same, to make you wire money to him through Western Union, before he puts money into your PayPal account. Shockingly, you wire money to him and are never paid through PayPal and he disappears.

I've contacted the FTC and filed a complaint and I'm in the process of filing a report with the FBI. It appears that he has enough complaints about scamming for the FBI to become involved and take action. Not only is it illegal to conduct these scamms, it is an even more severe offense and illegal to impersonate military personel. There is ample evidence that he is consistently doing both. He is a true scumb bag - someone needs to catch up with him and put a knife in his back. They would be doing all of us a favor!
