After purchasing a gift for my girlfriend for her dog, I had the present expedited in order to ensure it got there in time. Not only did they screw up and send it via the USPS mail as opposed to UPS 2-day air, after acknowledging the mistake and agreeing to refund the difference, he lied and did not do so. He has not returned any other emails or correspondence. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
