He is under investigation by the FBI for extortion, racketeering, and using the court system illegally with mass false filings and complaints
Here’s how his scam works.
Over the years, he has taken many people's monies posing as a movie producer, director, and/or screenwriter. He tells potential investors that his so called movie is in production or ready to be released. He then hits up the investor for money claiming that he has an instrument (leased - not real) that he can take to some provider, lender, monetizer, or platform to create the remaining capital necessary to launch his fake movie deals.
The investor pays him the fee for the instrument and he keeps most - if not all - the money.
He will go as far as calling an instrument provider, lender, monetizer, or platform and attorney paymaster just to have a record of the call on his phone bill!
He tells the investor that;
1) Either the provider of the instrument, lender, monetizer or platform did not do their job.
2) Or the paymaster kept the funds. “Total BS”.
3) He then plays the role of a victim - and here’s where the acting comes in: to make the fiasco appear real, he goes to the court house to lodge a complaint and bring in as many names as possible in some fake mass law suit.
4) He then posts on his blogs; and now the second half of his extortion scheme comes to play when he demands to settle out of court from the innocent instrument provider, lender, monetizer and/or platform & attorney paymaster in payment to remove the false postings on his blog.
The investors will never see their funds as he will continue to stall, and he will continue to extort all parties.
