Ralph E. Mills of Fishers, Indiana (Near Indianapolis, Indiana) is a THIEF and LIAR! He advertised his car for sale on craigslist. I gave him a $1000 deposit and 3 days later he decided NOT to sell the car and NOT to refund my deposit. Do NOT trust this person! Internet says he is 61 years old though he looks like he is 81 years old. He is a scam Artist!
