Scam Alert
Acts as a General Contractor.... Hires sub contractors to do the work and then does not pay them...... When your payment is due ... is when the excuses begin..........check hasent yet cleared, homeowner has yet to approve, check is in the mail.....on and on until you give up....
Homeowners should beware..... Liens will be filed.!!!!
Who ever you are, you should get your facts straight. Firstly, I am not, nor do I aspire to be a contractor. I am a homeowner representative. Secondly, not sure what you are trying to achieve, but 20 years of representation with no leins or disputes, sure outdoes one sad attempt at defamation and slander. Perhaps not being anonymous may give more credibility to your unfounded comment.

I would disagree with the allegations based on seeing her work, actions, her integrity and class is far more superior then yours apparently, also the results are satisfying for every other client and contractors!
As a contractor and if such you have enough experience in the industry try to work on a larger project that is ran by Engineers and General contractors there are delays, on payments based on budget approval, process by code enforcement then general contractor and after that accounting or owner cuts the check for payment as long as the quality of the work as agreed, sometimes it takes as long as 90 days if not longer but a savvy contractor like yourself I am sure you are aware of that!
What gets me that you are hiding behind an "Anonymous" post instead of standing up for your right, as a standup person since apparently you think you right, does not give you much credibility in my opinion.
Also what I don’t understand is if you said you have lien rights then why did you post here? Slandering somebody or a company what will it result in? Perhaps legal action against you for loss of business, I would definitely take legal action against you which ultimately could result in that you would end up owing her let along you getting a red cent!
