I was going to purchase a purse from this company until I realized that they shipped from China. The fact that it comes from China is a huge red flag that the products are fake. My credit card information was input, but I never went through the confirmation screen to verify use of my credit card. The company even sent me an email asking why I decided to cancel my order. My credit card WAS charged and when I asked them what was going on, they stated that they never put a charge through. Once I let them know that I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company, they finally "realized" that the charge did go through due to, what they called, "bank error". They stated that I would be reimbursed but that they would still charge me 20% for a "handling fee". When I asked why a handling fee was being charged (because the charge should not have even gone through) they said that it was their bank that charged it, not them. I have yet to see any credit back from them. Honestly, if the entire amount is not credited back, I will dispute with my credit card.
