CANCELLED PHONE MINUTES

I HAVE A GO PHONE AND HAVE HAD IT FOR 3 YEARS. I VERY SELDOM USE IT. I HAVE AUTOMATIC LOADING EVERY 90 DAYS FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I CHECKED THE PHONE IN DEC. AND FOUND THAT I HAD NO MINUTES ON THE PHONE WHICH HAD $280. OF AIRTIME ON IT. I CALLED A T & T THEY ADVISED ME MY AUTOMATIC REFILL WHICH THEY DID IN NOV HAD FAILED TO GO THROUGH THE BANK .THEREFORE THE TIME WAS DELETED AND MY SERVICE WAS CANCELLED. I ASKED WHY AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW , I TOLD THEM I HAVE SEVERAL OTHER PAYMENTS I MAKE THROUGH MY ACCOUNT AND NONE OF THEM HAD A PROBLEM WHY WOULD A T & T HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY SAID IF I WOULD MAKE A PAYMENT THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE AND GIVE ME A ANSWER IN 24 HRS IF I WOULD GET MY TIME BACK. SOOOOOO I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO WAIT. WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR 1 HR TRYING TO GET THIS MESS CLEARED UP WITH THEM. THEY DID THIS TO ME A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO ALSO FOR A LESSER AMOUNT OF MONEY. THATS WHY I WENT TO THE AUOTMATIC PAYMENT. I SEE NOW THAT THEY WILL DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN IT REACHES A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF MONEY AND LIE ABOUT WHY THEY DO IT. THIS IS A MAJOR CO. THAT IS DOING THIS. I WILL LEAVE THEM FOR A RELIABLE CO WHEN I USE THE TIME IF I GET IT BACK I HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER 90 DAYS BEFORE THEY WOULD AGREE TO INVESTIGATE THE INCIDENT. WHO WOULD EVER THINK A CO WOULD DO THIS.
