BANK OF AMERICAN CLAIMS DEPT

I got a phone call from Bank of American Claims Dept 954 284 4189 X556 saying i have won $300,000 for Publisher Clearing House but when I call back they claim the check was ready to be delivered but I needed to pay $375.00 for it to be insurred and it sounded like it was some sort of a warehouse in the back ground. Of course i didn't take them up on this but has anyone else gotten any of these types of call for Publisher Clearing House?
