CROSSFIRE MKTG GROUP/JONES BOYS - LAS VEGAS

This post will hopefully get to the CEO/Owner of Crossfire Marketing Group. It seems that there have been an increased number of complaints from both employees and subscribers and customers of this telemarketing operation.
It has been labeled a boiler room, sweatshop and a den of thieves. My daughter’s close friend has been working there for over 2 years and she agrees with all the negative posts and complaints that you can find online about this operation owned by John Sheppard? Run by Evelyn Bruns and her brother Norm?

Mr. Sheppard your websites and blogs boast of a long standing successful career as a very good sales and marketing pro. If you read just some of the many recent complaints about your unsavory boiler room operation in Las Vegas Nevada maybe you’ll realize that your headed for failure and or a class action lawsuit against your company. All because of the management team you have running the place.

1.Yes you have had success selling newspaper subscriptions. Why would you let your name and success be tarnished by your current unappreciative management team?

2.The managers at your Las Vegas boiler room operation Evelyn lets the managers tell the sales crew that you are a failure. You had them try to sell ADT, energy, long distance and now web/SEO work.They are telling the sales staff the reason you want to close down is because you’re “just another money Hungry millionaire that doesn’t know shit but to count your money” and if it wasn’t for them you would have made any money off this operation over the years” (Quoted from sales meeting by one of the managers)

Is this what you want or need the sales people to hear about the owner of the company? Where’s the loyalty from tour so called people you trust? It sounds like a clear case of contempt and dissention run rampant. No wonder the sales people are discouraged and writing/posting so many complaints exposing How Evelyn, Norm and the other managers mistreat and abuse the sales staff. MR. SHEPPARD WHERE ARE
YOUR BALLS??? IS THIS HOW YOU RUN A COMPANY? MAYBE ITS BETTER THAT YOU CLOSE DOWN.

From what my daughter and her friend said about the sales meeting and I quote “He’s thinking about having remote sales reps work from home but he doesn’t know shit about anything and like all the other ventures he had us try for him they al failed. He won’t be closing down because without us he won’t make a dime”
The manager that held this sales meeting that the place was closing also had red hair and Adam was also present.

WHAT WOULD THE NEWSPAPERS THAT YOU SELL FOR THINK OF YOU IF/WHEN THEY READ THIS?... MAYBE YOU SHOULD MAKE A SURPRISE VISIT TO YOUR LAS VEGAS OPERATION AND SEE FOR YOURSELF

Mr. Sheppard, you should be ashamed of yourself for letting this kind of dissention continue. You have the managers that despise you. You have a boiler room filled with thieves, gamblers, and addicts that are desperate and are Getting credit card#s over the phone and writhing the information down on paper .

THIS ADVICE WAS FREE. YOU HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM IF YOU CAN’T HANDLE IT YOURSELF THEN MAYBE YOU SHOULD GET SOMEONE WHO CAN. YOUR LAS VEGAS BOILER ROOM OPERATION IS A 3 RING CIRCUS!!!!
