This company should be ashamed of themselves! They offer this product on a trial basis for minimal shipping costs. 10 days later they charge you credit card for $97.88!!
I am furious with myself for getting taken by this company! I love the product but because of the rude, condecending and arrogant customer service I just received, I will
NOT use it again and will be telling everyone I know and posting on facebook for people NOT to be taken like I was!! I also spoke to customer service of Kollagen Intensiv today..the product Auravie advertises to have you use with their product for phenomenal results. Kollagen Intensiv does not recommend using the products together and doesn't endorse the Auravie products. They were already aware of my issue when I called. So, all you middle class, hard working women looking for an inexpensive fix to the aging process, BEWARE!!! Auravie is a MAJOR RIP OFF AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!
