Answered an ad for a payroll clerk. Job duties were to print and mail checks. Payment was $800 biweekly. Prior to starting the job I was to purchase blank checks and versa ink and get reimbursed with first payment. I was to locate Fedex and UPS envelopes at drop off boxes, for first assignment. All supplies were to be delivered to me after first job.

I sent him an email after the thrid week regarding my first payment. He stated he could not pay me until the following week. The following week comes and goes still no payment.

James Wheeler owes me $1268.53 for three weeks of work and reimbursement of supplies.
