Foreclosure Litigation Scam and Bk Scam.

This law firm contacted us over a year and a half ago buying a mailer
We fell behind with bank of America and I was told we should litigate.
Now we have had 2 false BKs filed and a law suit that went no were because
Of the crappy representation by Mike Sacks who is disbarred and Frank Barilla
Who is a lose cannon. We are trying to save our home and have spent a lot of $$$$
With no results we were promised a loan modification or settlement but to date we
Have nothing. Do not hire this law group they change there names all the time from
Nationwide to law offices of Mike Sacks then Fiekdstone Law and now the law offices
Of Frank Barilla be cautious if they call you from a website advertisement or mailer.

And other address in orange county they simply jump all over and will give you the run about these people are scammers Do not use them I urge you to go to your lender.

I agree I received a mailer saying they could reduce my principal and payment with a process called ADR after seeing the retainer it led me to believe it was litigation driven not a loan mod.
After speaking to Christopher Wood my sales man who helped me I'm not moving forward all the
Bad stuff on google and rip off report we are passing this is to risky and they want 5750.00 up front. Why do accident lawyers represent themselves as realestate attorneys? Mr.barilla has no
Cases that I could find he has won in California so I think this is a scam and we are not doing it.

First I would like to point out that the person who wrote this post and the person who responded have the same screen name and the response came on the same day as the post. Let me guess, same IP address as well. That is because it is the same person fraudulently posting. We have contacted our Client and she confirmed this was not written by her.

It has come to our attention that numerous fictitious and slanderous complaints such as this against the Firm have been filed. It has been verified that the complaints are NOT being posted by our clients. Therefore, suit is being filed, as the complaints are wrongfully and maliciously being posted against our Firm, which in turn are defaming the Firm and the reputation that the Firm has built.
