With a police escort I was finally able to get my medication that Jared and James at Sanctuary House refused to return to me for three days. Mind you, multi dose daily medication for serious illness. A police report is now on file for the theft of $300 from me by Jared Cashner, the non return of my medication and the assault of my roommate. All their lies can do nothing to me, I have six months of weekly drug and alcohol screens that are perfectly clean and not one reported incident on me at Sanctuary House. Once again, do not let Jared and James at Sanctuary House intimidate you, they rely on that. Come forward and show everyone what really goes on there. I also am a victim of Jared and Sanctuary House in Wilton Manors. I was there for several months and was forced to leave with a police escort to get my belongings. I was witness to his violent temper as he strangled a young client by the neck to the point of bruising him. He is actively using drugs and alcohol . The place is not a place you want to be if you want to get sober or be safe. People need to come together and stop him and close that place down before more helpless addicts find there way there looking for a safe place. ITS NOT SAFE. STAY AWAY
Wow, I'm not alone..I was also the victim of one of Jared's vicious attacks while his partner James stood by watching and doing nothing to stop him. It's a shame that this place is still in business. They lure you in with there lies, and promises of a better tomorrow, a safe and peaceful place to start your life over..then once they have your money the real deal is revealed. Lies on top of more lies, nasty living conditions, and nothing but drama after drama..i've seen to many people come threw there only to be manipulated, intimidated, and even blackmailed out of more money or working for them. They are truely the epidemy of evil. not only is Jared a lier but he's so out of control, he's dangerous, preying on the weak and the needy. Also coning the local businesses and community out of contributions to use for personal use..Don't be taken in by these people like i was..take heed, bewarned, beaware, proceed with caution if you ever have the misfortune of meeting the people who run Sanctuary House..

I feel sorry for the staff of the Sanctuary, having to deal with mentally unstable people, doing right by them, only to put up with this and shame on whogotscammed for not checking out these rediculous complaints before putting crap out there.
