Mobile Device Protection

Purchased two new phones over the internet from a Company called Wirefly. They use a third party insurance company for phones. They told us insurance would be 69.00 a year per phone and covered everything lost or stolen etc. I never recieved any information on the insurance. The insurance company wrote down the wrong email address from Wirefly. Was never given any information. Had phone stolen and they call it NEGLECT......... WONT COVER THE NEW 529,00 phone. DONT BUY THIS INSURANCE IT DOES NOT COVER ANY LOSS OR IF IT IS STOLEN IT HAS TO BE ON YOU PHYSICALLY FOR THEM TO COVER. THE CHANCES OF SOMEONE COMING AND STEALING THE PHONE OUT OF YOUR HAND ARE PRETTY LEAN........ STAY AWAY FROM WIREFLY AND MOBILE DEVICE PROTECTION.
