EverBrite Smile

On March 12, 2010 I ordered a trial order of EverBrite Smile a tooth whitening system. On March 25th I called the company to ask where my order was. I was told it was shipped and I should be receiving it any day. On March 27th I received the order. I also received a trail order from another firm which had the basic same ingredients in it that EverBrite Smile's product had. When I treied the other product for two days it burned my gums so I sent that prodcut back to the manufacturer and called EVerBrite to tell them I was returning their opened product.

On April 9th I went on line with my bank only to see a charge of $87.47 from EverBrite Smile. I contacted them and spoke with a Mike Owens who told me that I did nto cancel within the 10 day trial period. I told him I did not receive the prodcut within the 10 days trial period so how could I cancel? He said he knew that the prodcut was not there within 10 days because they do not ship the product out within 10 days. HOW CAN ANYONE TEST A PRODCUT WITHIN THE TRIAL PERIOD IF THE PRODCUT DOES NOT ARRIVE WITHIN THE TRIAL PERIOD TIME????? I did not get anywhere with Mr. Owens and I called back and spoke with Nichole Clark who was a supervisor. She re-affirmed their trial policy but she did give me a RMA number to return the unopened trial package and if I did so I would get a full refund.

I sent the goods in and they were received on April 16th at their Hollywood Florida office at 10:06 AM. I called in to verify that they received the prodcut and I gave the operator the tracking number and she confiremed they product was received by them.

Today April 22, I called again to ask about the refund. I spoke with a Sarah Wilson who sas a manager in the escalation department and she went through the entire process telling me once again that I did not return the goods within the trial peirod and confirming that goods never get sent to the customer within the 10 day trial period. I FIND THIS APPAULING!!!!! She said that the company has to verify that the product had arrived. I told he it had and she said she did not see it as arriving yet. I gave her the tracking number and she put me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back only to tell me that yes the product was there.

She said that she would process the order for a refund which would take 10 - 15 business days to reach my account. I said tat since the goods were already there for 5 days that I should have a refund in 5 - 10 days. She then said she would expedite the refund tat I get it in 5 - 7 business days but if I did not it would take 10 - 15 business days. This is just a bunch of HORSE MANURE.

The bottom line is don't buy from Everbrite Smile it willb e your sorse nightmare. Their website is www.everbritesmile.com.
