This company will give you a quote through email and once they have your stuff loaded on the truck they hand you a new bill for an outrageous amount (well over 2000 more than the original quote). They only work with cash (I would like to report them to the IRS as well). They then hold your stuff ransom until the cash is handed to them. According to Eric Bowers (if that is his real name) they do this everyday and have no problem admitting to it.
