return by aquiering return number or code by calling (800)503-3536 or (800)519-4110 or (800)819-2881, recording states "thank you for calling our office is currently closed please call durring regular business hours" i have called at different hours of several days, early morning to mid-day, early afternoon to evening and get the same response, if any one knows how i can return the product and dispute the charge of $399.95 on my credit card please contact me.i have not made use of the product or even opened the package, when i found out how much they wanted for their product i decided it was not worth the money, now i find myself stuck with a product i rather return but cant make contact with video professor to properly return with a valid return number and avoid charges.
