Von G Batesole is a Scammer and a Fraud!!! Be Careful!!!

Von G Batesole is a scammer and fraud. He has been scamming investors out of millions of dollars.

If you even run into Von Batesole with email vgb@yahoo.com and other emails, please stay away. Dont ever trust this guy. He run a company by the name of Crystal Resorts, Inc and now using different company name to scam investors. Please email me and let me know where he is because the cops are looking for him.
Dont be his next victim.

Please let everyone in the time share business know this guy is a scammer so he will not be able to scam anyone else money. This is a scum that need to be behind bars.

VON BATESOLE SEEKS LEGAL REMEDY FOR FRAUDULENT POSTINGS

Should anyone believe any of this scam report this is what is wrong with the internet..All the postings are without any names of whom were suppossedly scammed. Mr. Batesole and Crystal Resorts has offices in the La Jolla California area has been in business for over 6 years and should anyone wish to contact Mr. Batesole they can e-mail him at vgbceo@yahoo.com. These postings are part of a smear campaign based on a lawsuit Mr.Batesole has with individuals that scammed Mr. Batesole/Crystal Resorts for over $20M in fraudulent bank accounts. One of the parties is a disgruntled former employee. Mr. Batesole's legal counsel Mr. Charles Sandell has begun investigating these fraudulent postings..
Could you please be more specific?

How did Mr Batesole "SCAM" people out of millions of dollars? Is he charging advance fees?

We're in discussions with his organization and would appreciate any honest, truthful feedback.
